Hello!

What do you think about moving those settings in the php script to a
separate file in /etc?

This would make upgrading much easier.

I've made the changes:
https://gitlab.com/rslight-public/rocksolid-light/-/tree/master/Rocksolid_Light/tools/nocem?ref_type=heads

There is no nocempost.sh included. It will be created by nocemlist.php

Config is in nocemlist.inc.php

It should now also work with files containing only article headers (no body) or with body, either way.

Please let me know what I broke so I can fix it :) Thanks!
